Shipping Policy
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: free on every order, with no minimum spend.
- Express shipping: available at checkout for £7.50.
Processing and delivery times
Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare and quality-check your order before dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is 15 to 25 business days from order confirmation, depending on your destination.
Delays may occasionally happen for reasons outside our control, such as customs inspections, postal strikes, peak seasons or public holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear – this is normal and does not delay your delivery.
Delivery
Once your parcel reaches your country, it is delivered by the local carrier. If no one is available, the carrier will usually leave it at the nearest post office or pickup point, where it is held for a limited time (normally 7 days). Parcels that are not collected are returned to us, and a new shipping fee will apply to resend them.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including house number, postcode and apartment number. We are not responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and a new shipping fee will apply to resend them.
Customs and duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
