Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be accepted, returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags attached.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personalised items (for example, with a name or number printed at your request) cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty or the personalisation is incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Every item is covered for 30 days from delivery against manufacturing defects such as loose stitching, peeling prints or badges, or fading. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. For change-of-mind returns we refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost.
How to start a return
Email support@puskaslegendstore.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return and the reason
Our team will reply with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
